Shipping Policy
This policy explains how we send physical Collectibles from your Vault to you: what it costs, where we ship, how long it takes, and what happens when something goes wrong. It forms part of our Terms of Service (see section 7), and the words with capital letters have the meanings given there.
1. Your Collectibles stay safe until you ask for them
Every Collectible you pull is yours from the moment it is revealed, and we hold it for you as custodian (Terms §5.1). While it is with us:
- storage is free, in a secure, insured facility;
- there is no deadline. Your Collectibles never expire, and we never take them back for inactivity;
- you can ship them, sell them back, or simply leave them where they are.
Nothing is sent automatically. You choose what to ship and when.
2. What shipping costs
| Parcel | Cost |
|---|---|
| Combined Listed Value of $200 or more | Free |
| Below $200 | You pay the shipping cost for the parcel |
Player tiers lower this: from Silver, free shipping starts at $150; from Gold, at $100; at Diamond, every parcel ships free. Your tier is shown on your Account page.
For a parcel below $200 (or your tier's amount), we send you a quote after you request it. You pay it from your Credit, or cancel and your Collectibles go back to your Vault. Nothing is charged until you accept, and we never add a charge afterwards. Prices are in US dollars.
Raw Cards ship together, in one parcel, once the Raw Cards you have asked us to ship reach a combined Listed Value of $25 (Terms §7.1). Slabs have no minimum.
You can combine as many Collectibles as you like into one shipment, which is usually cheaper for you and safer for the parcel.
3. Where we ship
Parcels are sent from Singapore to these 24 destinations:
- Australia
- Canada
- Denmark
- France
- Germany
- Hong Kong
- Ireland
- Italy
- Japan
- Malaysia
- Netherlands
- New Zealand
- Norway
- Philippines
- Singapore
- South Korea
- Spain
- Sweden
- Switzerland
- Taiwan
- Thailand
- United Arab Emirates
- United Kingdom
- United States
If your country is not on the list, you can still play, hold Collectibles and sell them back — you just cannot request delivery yet. We add destinations over time; ask us and we will tell you where yours stands. Some locations are restricted for other reasons, which are set out in Restricted Locations.
4. How long it takes
- We process a shipment within 5 business days of your request, or of your payment for a quoted parcel.
- For your security, if your account's first card top-up was less than 7 days ago, your parcel leaves once those 7 days have passed.
- Transit time depends on the destination and the service used.
- Business days exclude weekends and public holidays in Singapore. Carrier tracking can take up to 48 hours to start moving after dispatch.
5. Packaging, tracking and insurance
- Slabs ship sealed in their original grading case, exactly as they are recorded in your Vault. We never open, re-case or re-grade a slab. Raw Cards are sleeved and protected in a rigid holder.
- Every parcel is tracked and insured, and travels with SingPost Speedpost, DHL Express or FedEx, depending on the destination and the parcel's value.
- Parcels with a combined Listed Value above $500 require a signature on delivery.
- There is no limit on the Listed Value a single parcel may hold. Where a parcel is especially valuable we may send it in more than one, or by a particular service, at no extra cost to you.
- We carry the risk of loss or damage until your parcel is delivered (Terms §7.1). If a parcel is lost or damaged in transit, you choose between the same card in the same grade from the same grading company, where we can get one, or a credit of its Listed Value.
6. You receive the card in your Vault
The Collectible that arrives is the card recorded in your Vault: the same card, and for a Slab the same grading company and grade; a Raw Card arrives in Near Mint condition. It may be a different copy, with a different certification number, from the one shown in your Vault (Terms §5.2). We photograph parcels before dispatch.
7. Addresses, customs and taxes
- You are responsible for the accuracy of the delivery address. We cannot redirect a parcel once it is dispatched, and a parcel returned to us as undeliverable because of a wrong address can be re-sent at your cost.
- Import duties, taxes and customs charges are set by your country and are yours to pay. We estimate them for you where we can.
- We declare every parcel accurately. We cannot mark a parcel as a gift or understate its value, and we cannot ship to a country we do not serve by sending it somewhere else first.
8. If something is wrong when it arrives
Tell us within 14 days of delivery, with photos, if a Collectible arrives damaged or does not match its Vault record — for example the wrong card, grading company or grade, or a Raw Card in worse condition than Near Mint. You then choose between a replacement, a credit of its Listed Value, or returning it for a full credit (Terms §7.2).
Because each Pack result is final and each Collectible is unique, we do not otherwise accept returns or exchanges of Collectibles once they have been delivered. Nothing in this policy affects rights you have under the consumer law of your own country, including any right to cancel a distance purchase where that law gives you one.
